Light Metallurgy & Precision
We are a specialized workshop focused strictly on light metallurgy: high-definition laser cutting, chemical etching on polished aluminum, and deep sandblasting for heavy-duty brass and steel industrial markers. Our work is built for machinery serial-number plates, marine-grade installations, and technical identification that must last decades in harsh environments.
Industrial equipment manufacturers, offshore energy operators, public infrastructure contractors, and technical OEMs that require permanent, legible identification on metal surfaces. We do not produce awards, trophies, or decorative signage.
Every plate is treated as a technical component, not a decorative piece. We match existing mounting specs, replicate legacy layouts from drawings, and apply protective finishes that withstand salt spray, abrasion, and thermal cycling. Communication is direct and specification-driven.
Three milestones that shaped how we engrave, etch, and finish industrial plates.
Started with a used stamping press and a manual pantograph engraver in a 40 m² rented space. The first order was a batch of 200 brass tags for a local electrical contractor.

Added a wet-etching line for polished aluminum nameplates. This allowed us to produce fine detail down to 0.3 mm stroke width. The first repeat client was a medical device manufacturer who ordered 5 000 units per quarter.

Built a dedicated sandblasting booth with dust extraction and obtained marine-grade corrosion resistance certification. This opened work with offshore rig operators and shipbuilders requiring deep-etched steel markers that survive salt spray and impact.
