Tuvaluawards provides light metallurgy services, specifically high-definition laser cutting, chemical etching on polished aluminum, and protective anti-oxidation lacquer treatments for marine-grade steel installations. We do not provide event-related awards, trophies, or entertainment merchandise. All work is performed based on customer-provided specifications, technical drawings, or approved design files.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications for any order, including dimensions, materials, text, and artwork. You represent that you have the legal right to reproduce any logos, trademarks, or designs submitted. Tuvaluawards reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on third-party rights or that violates applicable laws.
All content on this website, including text, images, and technical descriptions, is the property of Tuvaluawards unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. Custom engraving and fabrication work produced for you is your property upon full payment, but Tuvaluawards retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Tuvaluawards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, production downtime, or damage to equipment. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We do not guarantee that our products will meet any specific performance standard beyond the specifications agreed upon in writing.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Tuvaluawards. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled by us after payment, a full refund will be issued. Customer-initiated cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement and before production has begun; after that point, a cancellation fee may apply.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
